How to Repair Jewelry 

1) Choose repair and checkout

2) Shipping Label will be provided 

3) Ship Jewelry with provided label

4) Receive quote for repair

5) Confirm or Deny Repair

6) Upon confirmation the balance (if any remains) will be paid and the jewelry will be repaired and returned within 7 Business Days 

7) If denied, the jewelry will be shipped back to the address and a $30 partial refund will be fulfilled
