5. Shipping, Delivery, and Lost Packages

We ship orders using trusted carriers (USPS WITH SIGNATURE) and provide tracking numbers whenever available.

Risk of loss passes to You once the carrier accepts the package, except where prohibited by law.

If a package is reported as lost, missing, or undelivered, You agree to allow a period of 15–30 business days for the carrier and our store to conduct a full investigation.

During this period, no refunds, replacements, or chargebacks may be initiated.

If the investigation confirms the package is lost and non-recoverable, we will provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund, at our discretion).

6. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final once shipped.

Please check our Return or Exchange policy, it will be clearly posted on our website and must be followed in full.

Where required by state law, customers may be entitled to additional return or refund rights, and we will comply with such laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
